Here is a video from YouTube about a couple in
Ontario, Canada who live completely off the grid using wind
and solar power and a battery storage system.
They also recycle their water supply and drive a car that gets
70 miles to the gallon. A great piece and worth a watch!

A Good Question?
My Question: Why are we exporting our solar cells?
I’m Daryl Altman, a doctor from Lynbrook, Long Island. My solar panels generate all the clean, free electricity my family needs, but it took 6 months for me to get them. America has the most raw material to produce solar cells, but our actual production is low, and we export most of them. What will you do to encourage production of solar cells, and to keep them here in America?
